Unused items can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, and transactions made by a minor without the consent of a legal guardian can be canceled.
※ However, cancellation is restricted if the registered owner of the payment method used (such as a mobile phone or credit card) for the transaction is an adult.
Refunds for Premium services may be restricted in the following cases:
- Items that are either effective immediately or applied instantly to service upon purchase.
- If the additionally provided benefits (Insignias, Mileage) have already been used.
- If items provided via mail have been claimed.
- Items where opening them can be viewed as used, or those with effects that are determined upon opening.
