With the Termination of Service for Moonlight Sculptor being announced, we understand that many of you have questions. We've gathered the answers to the most common ones here.
| Q. Will there be any events/special final days?
We will be running three final in-game events, more information on these will be shared through website announcements. However, there is no plan to carry out any further community events. |

Q. Can I get a refund? You are eligible for a refund if you purchased anything on the IAP Shop within 7 days (Feb 27 ~ Mar 6) of the service termination announcement being published. Please submit a refund request ticket through our customer service with relevant information including your game account number and Google/Apple purchase receipts for refunds. |

Q. How long will the shop be available? In-App Purchase items have been removed today (Mar 6th) during maintenance, other items will remain until May 4th. |

Q. What happens to the Gold and the Butterflies in-game? The in-game Shop will remain available and you can still use the Gold and Butterflies in the Shop until the end of service. |

Q. What’s going to happen to my account, my characters, and my items? Your account, characters, and items will be deleted from the database, along with your personal data on May 4th, 2023. |

Q. What kind of compensation can I get? Compensation will not be provided apart from refunds of purchases that meet the aforementioned requirements (see question 2). |

Q. Will I be able to play with all available items for fun? You will be able to keep playing with any items obtainable through in-game content and items you already have in your possession. However, no additional cash items will be handed out for free. |

Q. Can I ask the GMs to give me free stuff? We will not be providing items to players on an individual basis. |

Q. When will Moonlight Sculptor's Discord and Twitter close? Moonlight Sculptor’s official Discord server and Twitter will be available until the very last day of service on May 4th, 2023. |

Q. What’s the exact time of termination? Moonlight Sculptor’s global service will be running until May 4th, 2023. The exact time of service termination will be announced on a separate notice. |
